Gem Handling
Learn the strengths and weaknesses of gem materials and how to handle gemstones with basic tools in a practical workshop setting. Safe practices in cleaning, polishing and repair will be discussed. Condition and damage assessment techniques will also be included. Practical workshop experience preferable.
